Paddy's Reuben Dip

This dip tastes even better than a Reuben Sandwich!!!

Reuben Dip

4 (2 to 2½ oz) packages deli corned beef, finely chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese

In a mini slow cooker, combine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese is melted; stir until blended. Serve warm with rye bread or crackers. Makes about 4 cups.
